摘要
高校职业生涯规划教育对于当前大学生职业发展以及推进就业具有十分积极的意义。目前,高校存在不够重视职业生涯规划教育、职业生涯规划教学体系构建不完善、社会力量参与职业生涯规划教育机制不健全等问题。为实现高校职业生涯规划教育的系统性、针对性和实效性,需要有效构建高校职业生涯规划全程化教育体系,即构建全程化职业生涯规划教学体系,创新全程化职业生涯规划教育实施理念,健全全程化职业生涯规划教育保障机制。
The career planning education in colleges and universities has very positive significance for the current college students'ca⁃reer development and promotion of employment,but from the current situation of the development of vocational planning education in colleges and universities,there are some problems such as the lack of attention to the education of career planning,the imperfect con⁃struction of the teaching system of career planning,the imperfect mechanism of social forces participating in the education of career planning.Therefore,in order to realize and achieve systemic,well-directed,effective career planning education,an effective whole process career planning education system is built for colleges and universities,including the construction of whole process teaching sys⁃tem,new implementation concept of career planning education,perfect guarantee mechanism for the whole process career planning edu⁃cation.
