摘要 企业参与“互联网+”大赛等学科竞赛的评审和资源对接,实质是在探索基于学科竞赛的校企合作模式创新。依托学科竞赛构建企业实际问题的解决平台、学校科研成果的转化平台、校企合作交流平台、人力资源对接平台、大学生同台竞技的舞台,是基于学科竞赛的校企合作模式的平台创新;参与主体多方共赢是基于学科竞赛的校企合作模式的机制创新。学科竞赛与合作企业的良性互动是校企合作模式创新成功的关键;学科竞赛管理办法是校企合作模式规范运行的制度保障。 The proposition,review and resource connection of enterprises participating in the"Internet+"and other discipline competitions are in essence exploring a new model of industry-education integration based on discipline competition.Relying on discipline competition to build a platform to solve practical problems of enterprises,a platform to transform scientific research achievements of schools,a platform for the integration of industry and education,a platform for human resources docking,and a platform for university students to compete on the same stage,is an innovation of the industry-education integration.The multi-win of the participants is the mechanism innovation of the industry-education integration model based on the discipline competition.The positive interaction between discipline competition and cooperative enterprises is the key to the success of the new model.The management method of discipline competition is the institutional guarantee of the new mode.
