Objective To explore the nursing intervention effect of elderly patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia. Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia were selected as the object, all selected from February 2016 to October 2018 during the treatment period in our hospital, randomized into the observation group(n=49)and the control group(n=49),control The group implemented routine nursing intervention, and the observation group implemented holistic nursing intervention.Using questionnaires, the results of the satisfaction survey of the two groups of patients were compared, and the improvement of the cardiac function of the two groups of patients. Results After different nursing intervention, the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.96%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.63%)(P<0.05).The results showed that the cardiac function index of the observation group was significantly improved, the left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly better than that of the control group, and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After holistic nursing intervention, the cardiac function and quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia are significantly improved, the patients are satisfied with the nursing effect, and the disease is effectively controlled.
