摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预协同药物对冠心病治疗的作用。方法选取2009年10月—2012年10月于山东省荣军总医院接受治疗的冠心病患者130例,随机分为观察组和对照组各65例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予心理护理干预,比较2组治疗效果。结果经过半年的治疗与护理,观察组总有效率84.62%,显著高于对照组67.69%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床不良事件发生率观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。心电图ST-T改善比较2组有效率分别为60.00%和32.31%,观察组心电图ST-T改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者SAS和SDS评分均有明显改善,且观察组SAS和SDS评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者采取心理护理干预协同药物治疗,可以提高临床疗效,改善患者抑郁、焦虑症状,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the collaborative efficacy of psychological intervention with drug treatment for coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods Total 130 cases of CHD from Oct. 2009 to Oct. 2012 were recruited and divided into observation group and control group with 65 cases in each. The control group was given routine drug therapy,while the observation group received psychological intervention on the basis of drug therapy. The efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results After six months of treatment and care,the total effective rate in the observation group was 84. 62%,which was significantly higher than 67. 69% in the control group,there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Adverse clinical event rates in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Electrocardiogram ST-T improvement were 60% and 32. 31%,respectively,the electrocardiogram ST-T improvement of the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,SAS and SDS score of patients in both groups were significantly improved,and the SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,there were significant differences（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For the heart disease patients,psychological intervention combined with collaborative drug therapy can improve the clinical curative effect,improve patients with depression and anxiety symptoms,it is worth clinical application and popularization.
