摘要
武术作为国人典型的身体文化,是传统文化的精粹。“武以成人”层面,武术文化性的彰显除了学界以往形成的课堂、讲坛式的说教共识外,武术的文化育人更多发生在其技术本体的习练过程。那么如何在技术习练过程中最大程度地发挥其文化教育价值?这一问题的解答对于武术在当代社会的发展及其服务文化强国建设,具有理论与现实意义。运用文献资料、实地考察、专家访谈等方法,对武术习练过程中展现其文化性的条件进行研究。认为武术在技术习练中彰显其文化价值的途径为深度体悟,而打通这条途径需要三个方面条件支持:确保武术技术习练心态的休闲性与非竞争性,兼顾武术技术习练形式的个人性与交往性,恢复武术技术习练内容的整体性与关联性。明晰了武术习练过程中展现其文化性的条件并在实践中积极采用,是武术对接时代发展、提升自身文化层次和社会地位的一个有力抓手。
As the typical physical culture of Chinese people,Wushu is the essence of traditional culture.At the level of“Wushu to adults”,the cultural manifestation of Wushu,in addition to the classroom and forum-style preaching consensus formed in the academic circles in the past,the cultural education of Wushu occurs more in the process of its technical ontology.So how to maximize its cultural and educational value in the process of technical training?The answer to this question has theoretical and practical significance for the development of Wushu in contemporary society and the construction of a powerful country serving culture.Using literature,field investigations,expert interviews and other methods to study the conditions for displaying its cultural characteristics in the process of Wushu practice.It is believed that the way for Wushu to demonstrate its cultural value in technical training is to play with potential,and to get through this pathway requires three aspects to support:to ensure the leisure and non-competitiveness of the mentality of Wushu technical training,and to take into account the form of Wushu technical training.Personality and communication,restore the integrity and relevance of Wushu technical training content.
