摘要
文章分析了梅州城区黄塘河、周溪河黑臭水体的成因,探讨城市黑臭水体的整治,介绍了控源节污、内源整治、水质净化、生态修复等有效整治措施,提出了长效保障机制,取得了城市黑臭水体治理的“长治久清”成果。
This paper analyzes the causes of the black and odorous water bodies in Huangtang River and Zhouxi River in Meizhou city,discusses the regulation of the black and odorous water bodies in the city,introduces the effective regulation measures such as source control and pollution saving,internal source regulation,water purification and ecological restoration,puts forward the long-term guarantee mechanism,and achieves the results of"long treatment and long cleaning"of the urban black and odorous water bodies treatment.
