摘要
造纸厂污水中含有大量的有害物质,因此在排放前需要经过处理。在此背景下,为了解造纸厂污水排放是否合格,进行基于大数据分析的造纸厂污水排放信息监测研究。该研究中以三家造纸厂为研究对象,采集这三家造纸厂排放的污水作为样本,实施污水中污染物质类型、污水水质(污染程度)以及污水排放系数的监测与分析。结果表明:造纸厂排放的污水中包含种类较多的污染物质且相对含量比排序是2号造纸厂水样>1号造纸厂水样>3号造纸厂水样。1号造纸厂水样除了色度外均不符合造纸行业污水排放标准,水污染综合系数小于0.4,说明1号造纸厂水排放的污水总体是符合标准的;2号造纸厂水样BOD5和毒性两项指标不在标准之内且计算出来的水污染综合系数大于1.0,说明该造纸厂污水排放不合格。3号造纸厂水样四项指标均在规定的造纸行业污水排放标准之内,计算出来的水污染综合系数是三个样本中最小,说明该造纸厂排放的污水最符合标准。三个样本的污水排放系数均小于124.6m3/t,这一监测信息均符合排放标准。
Paper mill sewage contains a lot of harmful substances,so it needs to be treated before discharge.In this context,in order to know whether the wastewater discharge of the paper mill is qualified,the paper mill wastewater discharge information monitoring research based on big data analysis is carried out.In this study,three paper mills were taken as the research object,and the sewage discharged from these three paper mills was collected as samples to monitor and analyze the types of pollutants,sewage quality(pollution degree)and sewage discharge coefficient in the sewage.The results showed that there were many kinds of pollutants in the wastewater discharged from the paper mill,and the relative content ratio was in the order of No2 paper mill water sample>No1 paper mill water sample>No3 paper mill water sample.Except for the chromaticity,the water sample of No1 paper mill does not meet the wastewater discharge standard of the paper industry,and the comprehensive coefficient of water pollution is less than 0.4,indicating that the wastewater discharged by No.1 paper mill is generally in line with the standard.The water sample BOD5 and toxicity of No2 paper mill are not within the standard and the calculated water pollution comprehensive coefficient is greater than 1.0,indicating that the wastewater discharge of the paper mill is unqualified.The four indicators of the water sample of No3 paper mill are all within the specified wastewater discharge standard of the paper industry,and the calculated comprehensive coefficient of water pollution is the smallest among the three samples,indicating that the wastewater discharged by the paper mill is the most consistent with the standard.The sewage discharge coefficients of the three samples are all less than 124.6m3/t,and the monitoring information conforms to the discharge standard.
