摘要
目的:分析旋转恒温箱在快速细菌培养及鉴定中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年6月的100份待测模拟样本,分别使用快速法的普通恒温培养箱和旋转恒温箱进行培养,比较普通恒温培养箱和旋转恒温箱阳性显示时间以及结果判读时间。结果:旋转恒温箱阳性显示所需时间明显少于普通恒温培养箱(P<0.05);旋转恒温箱各物质结果判断所用时间均明显少于普通恒温培养箱(P<0.05)。结论:旋转恒温箱在细菌培养和鉴定中的效率明显高于普通恒温培养箱,有助于缩短培养时间和结果判断时间,提高检测效率。
Objective:To analyze the application value of rotary incubator in rapid bacterial culture and identification.Methods:Select 100 simulated samples to be tested from March 2019 to June 2020,and use the rapid method of ordinary constant temperature incubator and rotating incubator to culture,compare the positive display time and result interpretation time of ordinary constant temperature incubator and rotating incubator.Results:The positive time of rotary incubator was significantly lower than that of ordinary incubator(P<0.05).The time used to judge the results of each substance in the rotary incubator was significantly shorter than that in the ordinary incubator(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficiency of rotary incubator in bacterial culture and identification is obviously higher than that of ordinary incubator,which is helpful to shorten the culture time and result judgment time and improve the detection efficiency.
