摘要
目的:分析孕产妇尿液检查中应用镜检法与仪器法的效果对比。方法:选取2017年8月~2019年10月本院765份孕产妇尿样,所有尿样均选择新鲜的晨尿中段尿;其中有375份尿液接受尿白细胞检查,所占比例49.2%,有253份尿液接受尿红细胞检查,所占比例33.07%。比较不同检查方法对白细胞与红细胞的检测结果。结果:镜检法检查白细胞正常率和红细胞正常率比仪器法检查高(P<0.05);镜检法检查白细胞异常率和红细胞异常率比仪器法检查的低(P<0.05)。结论:仪器法对孕产妇尿液检测具有操作简便与结果显示时间短等优势,但此种检测方法对尿液红细胞的形态不能有效辨别,对真菌以及滴虫等检测没有效果,因此,仪器法与镜检法结合应用,可使漏检率显著降低,进而为临床提供准确、有效的检验结果。
Objective:To analyze the comparison of the effects between microscopic examination and instrumental examination in urine examination of pregnant and lying-in women.Methods:765 urine samples of pregnant and lying-in women in our hospital from August 2017 to October 2019 were selected,and all urine samples were fresh morning urine in the middle part.Of these,375 urine samples(49.2%)were examined for leucocytes in urine and 253 urine samples(33.07%)were examined for erythrocytes in urine.To compare the detection results of white blood cells and red blood cells by different detection methods.Results:The normal rate of white blood cells and red blood cells by microscopic examination were higher than that by instrumental examination(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of white blood cells and red blood cells detected by microscopic examination is lower than that detected by instrumental examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:Instrumental method has the advantages of simple operation and short result display time for urine detection of pregnant and lying-in women.However,this detection method cannot effectively distinguish the morphology of urine red blood cells and has no effect on detection of fungi and trichomonads.Therefore,the combination of instrumental method and microscopic examination method can significantly reduce the missed detection rate,thus providing accurate and effective test results for clinical use.
