摘要
为了探讨人体尿液检测使用不同检验方法的准确性,本文选取广东省吴川市人民医院2019年6月-2019年11月进行检验的尿液样本共计478份作为研究对象,回顾性分析478份尿液样品通过镜检法、干化学分析法及沉渣分析法3种检验方法对其红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)的检测结果。结果显示,沉渣分析法、干化学分析法尿液RBC、WBC检出结果同镜检法比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此得出,3种方法在尿液检验中不存在完全的标准,在临床中应结合使用,提高准确率。
In order to investigate the accuracy of human urine test using different test methods,this paper selected a total of 478 urine samples from June 2019 to November 2019 Wuchuan People's Hospital for the study,and 478 urine samples were retrospectively analyzed by microscopy,dry chemical analysis and sediment analysis test results of red blood cells(RBC)and white blood cells(WBC).The results show that the urine RBC and WBC detection results of sediment analysis method and dry chemical analysis method were different from those of microscopic examination method(P<0.05).It is concluded that the three methods do not have a complete gold standard in urine tests,and they should be used in combination to improve accuracy.
