摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对颈动脉斑块易损性与脑血管意外相关性的评估价值。方法:选取2019年12月~2020年12月本院收治的120例颈动脉斑块患者作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,两组各为60例。发生脑血管意外的分在观察组,无脑血管的分在对照组。对比两组患者检测颈动脉斑块中的软斑、窄底硬斑、扁平斑、宽底硬斑、易损斑块和稳定斑块情况。结果:观察组患者检测结果的软斑和窄底硬斑明显高于对照组,而扁平斑和宽底硬斑的情况低于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者易损斑块情况75%明显高于和对照组的50%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈动脉斑块易损性与发生脑血管意外有很大的相关性,采用彩色多普勒超声对患者进行检测,可以很快地检测出颈动脉斑块易损性斑块和稳定性斑块情况,通过彩色多普勒超声对颈动脉斑块易损性评估可以有效预测患者发生脑血管意外的风险。
Objective:To evaluate the correlation between carotid plaque vulnerability and cerebrovascular accident by color Doppler ultrasound.Methods:120 patients with carotid plaque in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The patients with cerebrovascular accident were divided into the observation group and the patients without cerebrovascular accident were divided into the control group.The soft plaque,hard plaque with narrow base,flat plaque,hard plaque with wide base,vulnerable plaque and stable plaque were compared between the two groups.Results:The soft spot and hard spot with narrow base in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the flat spot and hard spot with wide base in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).75%of vulnerable plaque in the observation group was significantly higher than 50%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carotid plaque vulnerability and cerebrovascular accident have a great correlation,using color Doppler ultrasound to detect patients,can quickly detect carotid plaque vulnerable plaque and stable plaque,so,through color Doppler ultrasound to assess carotid plaque vulnerability can effectively predict the risk of cerebrovascular accident in patients.
