摘要
目的:分析在急救药械管理中存在的问题以及实施品管圈活动的效果。方法:研究对象均选自本院急救药械管理人员,共30例。2018年8月~2019年8月未实施品管圈活动,2019年9月~2020年9月实施品管圈活动。对比实施品管圈活动前后急救药械管理不良事件发生情况和管理人员综合素质情况。结果:在急救药械管理不良事件总发生率(制度、设备管理、处方书写管理、急救站备用药械管理、车载药械管理)上,实施后明显低于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在协调沟通能力、质控手法、发现问题能力、团队精神、思维拓展能力各项评分上,实施后相较于实施前均明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:目前本院急救药械管理中在制度、设备管理、处方书写管理、急救站备用药械管理等多个方面存在一定问题,通过实施品管圈活动,有效改善急救药械管理质量,减少急救药械管理不良事件的发生,提升管理人员综合素质,值得广泛开展。
Objective:To analyze the problems existing in the management of first aid medicine and the effect of carrying out the activities of quality control circle.Methods:The subjects were selected as emergency medicine management personnel in 30 cases.No quality control circle activities were implemented from August 2018 to August 2019,and quality control circle activities were implemented from September 2019 to September 2020.Compare the occurrence of adverse events and the comprehensive quality of management personnel before and after the implementation of quality control circle activities.Results:At the total incidence of adverse events(system,equipment management,prescription writing management,emergency station standby drug equipment management,vehicle drug equipment management),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,the scores of coordination and communication ability,quality control technique,problem finding ability,team spirit and thinking expansion ability were significantly higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:At present,there are some problems in the management of emergency medicine equipment in our hospital in many aspects,such as system,equipment management,prescription writing management,emergency station reserve medicine equipment management and so on.It is worth carrying out widely by implementing quality control circle activities to effectively improve the quality of emergency medicine equipment management and reduce the occurrence of adverse events in emergency medicine equipment management.
