摘要
目的探究设计一种更适宜临床应用的抢救车封锁扣。方法选择本院2016年3月—2016年7月期间开展抢救工作所使用的抢救车60辆作为对照组,采用封锁扣管理。选择2016年8月—2016年12月期间开展抢救工作的抢救车60辆作为观察组,开展封锁扣联合魔术贴理线器管理。比较组间抢救成本和开启时间差异。结果观察组封存抢救车成本、开启时间分别为(3.51±0.63)元/季度、(0.96±0.53)秒/单次,数值均少于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论抢救车封锁扣的设计具有良好的应用性,可减少抢救成本和开启时间。
Objective To explore the design and application of ambulance locking buckles. Methods 11 ambulances used in our hospital from March 2016 to July 2016 were selected as the control group and managed by locking buckles.11 ambulances from August 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group to carry out the management of locking buckles combined with hook and loop fasteners and wire trimmers. The difference of rescue cost and opening time between the two groups was observed. Results The cost and opening time of the ambulance in the observation group were（ 3. 51 ± 0. 63） yuan/quarter and（ 0. 96 ± 0. 53） second/single time,which were lower than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The design of ambulance locking buckles has good applicability,which can reduce the rescue cost and opening time.
