金属矿山复杂硐室施工方法

摘要 本文针对三山岛金矿深部盲竖井大断面提升机硐室快速施工问题,建立了三层联合掘进施工方法。把整个硐室在垂高方向上分为上、中、下三层施工,采用中央导硐法先进行下层施工,之后进行中层垂直天井施工,最后进行上层施工。三层联合施工完成后,针对垂直天井之外的中层分两次施工拱顶,第一次爆破控顶一定高度,第二次进行光面爆破,掘进完毕后,拱顶进行锚杆与喷射砼联合支护;再进行钢筋砼永久支护。通过三层联合掘进施工方法,实现了大断面提升机硐室的高效施工,保证了建井工期,为深部盲竖井建设积累了大断面硐室快速施工的工程经验。 In this paper,aiming at the rapid construction of large section hoist chamber of deep blind shaft in Sanshandao Gold Mine,a three-layer combined excavation construction method is established.The whole chamber is divided into upper,middle and lower three layers in the vertical direction.The central pilot tunnel method is used to carry out the lower construction,then the middle vertical well construction,and finally the upper construction.After the completion of the three-layer joint construction,the upper layer is divided into two construction vaults for the middle layer outside the vertical shaft.The first blasting controls a certain height,and the second smooth blasting is carried out.After tunneling,the vault is supported by bolt and shotcrete,then reinforcement concrete permanent support.Through the three-layer combined tunneling construction method,the efficient construction of large-section hoist chamber is realized,and the construction period is ensured,which accumulates the engineering experience of rapid construction of large-section chamber for deep blind shaft construction.
