摘要
为了"好、快、省"地建设高山煤矿项目,根据高山煤矿地形地质条件及单斜构造的煤层赋存特点,提出了井口工业场地位置及开拓方案的三个可选择方案。通过对三个方案的经济性及技术性充分对比,克服了以往传统思维,将井口工业场地布置在不压煤,且主、副、回风斜井可兼作一采区上山的王家方案作为最终实施方案。该方案有效避免了矿井在建设期间井巷深部揭煤的弊端。高山煤矿为设计60万t/a的煤与瓦斯突出矿井,通过对该方案的实施,建井工期仅用了35个月,投资仅用了5.8亿元,达到了预期效果,对其他类似煤矿建设项目具有很好的借鉴意义。
In order to efficiently and economically construct the Gaoshan Coal Mine,according to the topographical and geological conditions of Gaoshan Coal Mine and the occurrence characteristics of coal seams in monoclinic structure,three alternative schemes are put forward for the location and development scheme of the industrial site.Through the full comparison of the economy and technology of the three schemes,the industrial site is arranged at Wangjia which is not over the coal seam,and the main,auxiliary and return air inclined shafts can also be used as the rise of the first mining area.The scheme also avoids the deep coal uncovering during the mine construction.Gaoshan Coal Mine is a coal and gas outburst mine with a design capacity of 0.6 Mt/a.through the implementation of the scheme,the construction period of the well is only 35 months,and the investment is only 580 million yuan,which has achieved the expected effect.It has a good reference significance for other similar coal mine construction projects.
