摘要
党的十八届三中全会提出"推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化"的改革总目标后,很多学科围绕"治理"展开热烈讨论。党的十九届四中全会强调,要"坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化"。新形势下,思想政治教育如果沿用传统的"管理理念"会面临更多挑战与困境,因此需要探索新的理念、方法与途径。
After the general reform goal of"promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity"was put forward at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,many disciplines held heated discussions around"governance".The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee stressed the need to"uphold and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity".Under the new situation,if ideological and political education follows the traditional"management concept",it will face more challenges and difficulties.Therefore,it is necessary to explore new ideas,methods and ways.
