摘要
使用55CrSi弹簧钢丝制作的螺旋弹簧,对其端部钻孔时装夹、定位困难,使用常规夹具容易使其发生塑性变形而影响后续使用,同时弹簧钢丝硬度值较高,钻削时效率低下,刀具磨损严重。针对上述问题,设计了钻孔工装,将弹簧端部装夹在工装的圆弧形槽中进行钻削,避免了装夹导致的塑性变形,高硬度钻模套的使用,起到了定位作用,保证了加工精度,并通过对其端部进行局部热处理,达到软化的目的,在实际生产中提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
A kind of helical spring was manufactured by using 55CrSi spring steel wire,the fixing and position for it was hard and plastic deformation occurred in the process of drilling on the ends of the spring.The high hardness of the spring steel wire leaded to the low drilling efficiency and severe wear of the cutting tool.In response to the problem,a tool was designed,the ends of the spring was fixed in the arc-shaped groove of the frock,which prevented plastic deformation of the spring caused by fixing.The drill plate sleeve which had high hardness was used to posit and ensure the precision.In addition,local heat treatment was used to soften the ends of the spring,which improved production efficiency and lowered production costs.
