摘要
钛合金在航空航天制造领域的应用愈加广泛,而电火花加工是某些结构特殊的钛合金零件加工的理想选择。针对传统钛合金电火花加工中放电状态不稳定、加工效率不高的问题,通过优选电极材料、优化放电参数及分析表面质量,提出了适合钛合金电火花高效加工的工艺方案,并通过实际产品加工验证了其有效性。
Titanium alloy gained more and more applications in the aerospace manufacturing, and Electric Discharge Machining (EDM) is an effective approach for machining titanium alloy component with special structure. Aiming at the problem in EDM of titanium alloy, such as the instability and the low efficiency, the electrode material and discharging parameter were optimized, the surface qualities was also analyzed. A process scheme for EDM of titanium alloy was proposed, and the validity was proved by the machining of a series of aerospace components.
