摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素对小儿支原体肺炎(MPP)患者T淋巴细胞亚群和炎性因子的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2021年2月于鄱阳县人民医院收治的86例MPP患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(43例)和对照组(43例)。对照组患儿接受阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患儿则在观察组的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))和炎性因子[白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IL-2高于对照组,治疗后的CD8^(+)、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠、阿奇霉素联合用于MPP治疗中能够改善炎症症状及免疫功能,且不良反应较少,治疗效果确切。
Objective To observe the effects of montelukast sodium combined with azithromycin on T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors in children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP).Methods A total of 86 cases of MPP children admitted to Poyang County People′s Hospital from June 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group(43 cases)and the control group(43 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Azithromycin and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the observation group.T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and inflammatory factors[interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),IL-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).CD8^(+),IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast Sodium combined with Azithromycin can improve inflammatory symptoms and immune function in the treatment of MPP,with less adverse reactions.
