产油微藻胁迫培养策略研究综述 被引量:10

摘要 围绕微藻的胁迫培养,介绍了不同胁迫手段影响下产油微藻的生长及产油特点,对比了不同胁迫手段下微藻产油效果及各手段优劣势,在此基础上进一步综述了各因素胁迫在微藻油脂合成代谢中的作用机理,并给出了各胁迫手段在实际生产中的选用建议.以期通过该综述,对微藻生物柴油产业化中相关胁迫策略的选择提供借鉴. Several stress culture methods as well as their effects on the growth and lipid production of the oleaginous microalgae were firstly introduced in this paper.How the stress culture method affects the lipid synthesis and the metabolic process were then discussed.Finally,a series of suggestions in each stress culture method were given for the practical application.This review is expected to give a guideline in selection of cultivate strategy in the industrialization of microalgae biodiesel production.
