摘要
施工现场布局规划(CSLP)是施工管理的重要组成部分。CSLP的目标是确定施工现场临时设施的最佳安排,以最大限度地减少劳动力和设备的运输距离,可以通过创建动态布局模型来实现。但是该模型是针对特定项目的,不具有普适性,需要布局规划者手动输入大量数据;除了繁琐之外,对设计或施工计划的任何更改都必须手动更新到模型中,从而造成布局规划者工作量增加。因此,笔者提出了一个基于BIM技术创建动态站点布局模型的方法。通过BIM模型和施工进度计划中的信息,可以自动创建动态布局模型,进行设施布局优化。该方法可以反映施工现场的实际情况,便于施工现场出行路径布局规划。
The construction site layout planning(CSLP)is an important part of construction management.The goal of CSLP is to determine the best temporary facilities arrangement of the construction site so that the transportation distance of labor and equipment can be greatly reduced by building a dynamic layout model.However,the model is not only project specific and not universal but also inputted a large amount of data manually;In addition to be tedious,any changes of the design and construction plan must be manually updated in the model.The layout planners,workload is increased.In this study,the author proposes a method to create a dynamic site layout model based on BIM Technology.Through BIM model and construction schedule information,dynamic layout model can be automatically built to optimize facility layout.This method can reflect the actual situation of the construction site and is helpful for CSLP.
