摘要
目的研究GBR术联合种植对美学区前牙缺损患者牙槽骨吸收量的影响。方法78例前牙缺损患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组(n=39)和对照组(n=39),对照组接受前牙缺损区种植牙手术,实验组在此基础上运用引导骨组织再生术(GBR)GBR术。对比两组患者手术前后1h种植区牙槽骨骨壁厚度;对比两组患者术后半年牙槽骨吸收量;对比两组患者红色美学评分。结果两组患者治疗后,牙槽骨骨壁厚度均升高,且相比于对照组,实验组1mm、7mm、10mm牙槽骨骨壁厚度显著更高(P<0.05);相比于对照组,实验组牙槽骨吸收量显著更低(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后,PES评分均升高,且相比于对照组,实验组PES评分显著更高(P<0.05)。结论GBR术联合种植能够迅速提高患者术后的牙槽骨骨壁厚度,并且相比单纯种植术,更能够降低患者的牙槽骨骨吸收量,提高患者的美学满意度。
Objective To study the effect of GBR combined with implants on alveolar bone resorption in patients with anterior tooth defect in the aesthetic area.Methods A total of 78 patients with anterior teeth defects admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=39)and control group(n=39)by random number table method.The control group underwent dental implant surgery in the defect area of the front teeth,and the experimental group got GBR(Guided Bone Regeneration)surgery on this basis.The thickness of the alveolar bone wall in the implant area before and after the operation;the amount of alveolar bone resorption six months after the operation;the pink esthetic scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the thickness of the alveolar bone and femur wall of the two groups of patients increased,and the thickness of the 1 mm,7 mm,and 10 mm alveolar bone walls of the experimental group was significantly higher compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the amount of alveolar bone absorption was significantly lower in the experimental group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PES scores of the two groups of patients increased,and the PES score of the experimental group was significantly higher compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion GBR combined with implantation can quickly increase the postoperative thickness of the alveolar bone wall,and can reduce the alveolar bone resorption and improve the aesthetic satisfaction for patients compared to simple implantation.
