摘要
进入“十四五”,我国面临全面建成小康社会、实现第一个百年奋斗目标之后,开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程。回顾自身发展历史与规律,污水处理行业需要深刻解读及践行生态文明理念,一方面承担继续改善城镇水生态环境质量的重任,另一方面需要应对提升人民群众对生态人居环境满意度的重大挑战。针对行业发展需求及快速城镇化所产生的特殊国情,近年来水生态文明建设领域涌现出概念厂、地下厂等特色实践。随着“3060”双碳目标全面纳入生态文明建设,无论针对现有系统的提质增效、还是做优增量建设,污水处理行业需要高质量发展,助力我国城市更新和双碳目标的实现。
During fourteenth Five,China has stepped into the new stage of constructing modern socialist country after completing the building of a moderately prosperous society and the first centenary goal.Based on review of development history,wastewater treatment industry should understand the insight of ecological civilization,continue to improve water ecological environment and people’s degree of satisfaction.Recently,innovation solutions including conceptual WWTP and underground WWTP were demonstrated in China.Considering the goal of carbon peak and neutrality fitted into ecological civilization construction,high quality development of wastewater treatment should be promoted for both existed and future infrastructures during urban renewal and low carbon development.
