摘要
[目的/意义]科学的使用评价指标来评价人才,能够为高校和科研机构录用、提拔、激励人才提供一定的理论依据。[方法/过程]从学者学术生命视角提出了学者的学术生命期、学者的学术生命半衰期和学者的学术影响力半衰期,并以美国物理学会期刊上发文的学者为研究对象进行了实证研究。首先,通过统计分析给出了这些指标的分布规律;其次,使用相关分析揭示了这些指标间的相关关系;最后,用学术生命视角下的指标来评价诺贝尔奖获得者,从而验证这些指标的评价效果。[结果/结论]其一,学术生命视角下的评价指标呈幂律分布;其二,学术生命视角下的评价指标和传统指标(发文数、被引次数)之间存在一定的相关性;其三,学术生命视角下的评价指标用于诺贝奖获得者的评价效果较好,且能比较契合的反映发文数、被引次数较少的学者的学术影响力,但是也存在着适用性的问题以及区分度的问题。
[Purpose/Significance]The scientific use of evaluation indicators to evaluate talents can provide a certain theoretical basis for the recruitment,promotion and motivation of talents in universities and research institutions.[Method/Process]This article proposes scholars'academic life,half-life of scholars'academic life and half-life of scholars'academic influence from the perspective of scholars’academic life,and then conducts empirical research based on the scholars having published articles in the journal of the American Physical Society.To begin with,the distribution law of these indicators is given through statistical analysis.Moreover,the correlation between these indicators is revealed by correlation analysis.Eventually,the indicators from the perspective of academic life are used to evaluate the Nobel Prize winners to verify the performance of these indicators.[Result/Conclusion]Firstly,the evaluation indicators from the perspective of academic life are distributed in a power law.Secondly,there is a certain correlation between the evaluation indicators from the perspective of academic life and traditional indicators(the number of posts and cited frequency).Thirdly,the evaluation index from the perspective of academic life is better for Nobel Prize winners,and it can reflect the academic influence of scholars with fewer published articles and fewer citations.However,there are problems of applicability and issues of discrimination.
