摘要
本文主要聚焦于颗粒的偏析行为分析,对几种“巴西果效应”机制的分析:空隙填充模型和对流模型的确为解释颗粒偏析行为提供了很好的切入角度,但考虑因素少而限制了其在复杂颗粒偏析行为的应用;相较而言,渗流作用和颗粒凝聚作用共同作用机制更全面地考虑到了颗粒本身具有的可流态化的性质;最后笔者的猜想也从颗粒的可流态化出发,尝试解释了前三种模型没有能涉及到的“三明治构型”。另外本文还结合粉体分级原理,设想了利用颗粒偏析行为提高粉体分级效率的方法。最后列举了一些应用粉体的工业以此说明粉体工程发展对社会的潜在价值和意义,并通过说明超细粉体自身的特殊性质解释其不在本文讨论范围内的原因。
This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of particle segregation behavior,and analyzes several"Brazil nut effect"mechanisms:void filling model and convection model provide a good angle to explain particle segregation behavior,but few factors are considered to limit its application in complex particle segregation behavior;in contrast,the joint action mechanism of seepage and particle agglomeration is more comprehensive Considering the fluidization property of particles,the author tries to explain the sandwich configuration which is not involved in the first three models.In addition,combined with the principle of powder classification,the method of improving the separation efficiency by using the particle segregation behavior is proposed.Finally,the potential value and significance of the development of powder engineering to the society are illustrated by listing some industries applying powder.The reason why the superfine powder is not in the scope of this paper is explained by explaining its own special properties.
