摘要
以昌都煤业9^(#)煤层西翼北面的91308综采工作面为例,进行了三切眼对接及初采初放顶板支护控制技术的实践探讨。分析结果表明,煤矿综采工作面在三切眼对接及初采初放阶段工作面不断推进的过程中,会发生老顶初次来压及压垮顶板的安全事故。为此需在研究端头支护强度及初采工艺对初次放顶影响的基础上,加强端头控制,进、回风巷超前支护及顶板控制。
Taking the 91308 fully mechanized working face on the north side of the west wing of the 9#coal seam of Changdu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper carried out a practical discussion on the butt joint of the three open cuts and the control technology of the initial mining and initial caving roof support.The analysis results show that in the continuous advance-ment process of working face in butt joint of the three open cuts and the initial mining and initial caving stage,safety accident of first weighting of the old roof and the collapse of the roof will occur in the fully mechanized mining face of the coal mine.For this reason,it is necessary to strengthen the end control,advance support and roof control of the air inlet and return tunnels on the basis of studying the influence of the end support strength and the initial mining technology on the initial roof caving.
