摘要
以盈盛煤业9~#煤层坚硬顶板为研究背景,进行现场岩芯取样,对符合规范要求的岩样进行统计、计算处理,对岩芯RQD指标值进行工程分级。根据测试结果可知,9~#煤层顶板主要以砂岩和泥岩层分布为主,为典型的坚硬顶板,在进行水力压裂强度放顶设计时,确定RQD在50%以上段为分割水力压裂段,为盈盛煤矿坚硬顶板水力压裂强制放顶技术提供重要的实验依据。
Taking the hard roof of No.9 coal seam of Yingsheng coal industry as the research background,conducts on-site core sampling,conducts statistics and calculation on the rock samples that meet the specification requirements,and carries out engineering classification on the RQD index value of the core.According to the test results,the roof of No.9 coal seam is mainly distributed in sandstone and mudstone layers,which is a typical hard roof.In the design of hydraulic fracturing strength caving,the section with RQD above 50%is determined to be the split hydraulic fracturing section,which provides an important experimental basis for the forced caving technology of hydraulic fracturing of hard roof in Yingsheng coal mine.
