梅钢2#高炉煤气换热器优化实践

摘要 2020年9月梅山2#高炉发现空煤气双预热烟气CO含量超标,判断煤气换热器泄漏,随退出运行。新换热器采用一系列优化设计,具体有:煤气脱水、设置声波清灰器、新增CO监测、采用柔性金属搪瓷涂层等。采取上述措施后能保证煤气预热至180℃以上,换热性能五年内减退控制在10%以内,使用寿命可达15年。 In September 2020,it was found that CO content in the flue gas double preheated with air and gas at Meishan Steel’s No.2 blast furnace exceeded the standard.A leakage in the gas heat exchanger was judged to be the cause,thus operation stopped.The new heat exchanger adopts a series of optimized designs,including gas dehydration,acoustic ash remover,new CO monitoring,flexible metal enamel coating,etc,was installed.After tak⁃ing the above measures,the gas can be preheated above 180℃,the decline of heat ex⁃change performance can be controlled within 10%in five years,and the service life can reach 15 years.
