摘要
对换热器管用钢的化学成分和显微组织进行分析,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对腐蚀产物进行检测,并结合原料、工艺和换热器管结构,分析了造成泄漏的主要原因。结果表明:原料中含硫量过大引起的H2S腐蚀和注水方式不合理导致换热器泄漏。通过控制原料成分、调整注水工艺、改进换热器管结构等方法,有效降低了换热器管腐蚀,设备已正常运行690 d。
The main reasons for heat exchanger tube leakage were analyzed through analyzing chemical composition and microstructure of the heat exchanger tube steel, detecting corrosion products through scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and combining raw materials, processes and heat exchanger tube structure. The results show that H2S corrosion caused by excessive sulfur content in the raw materials and unreasonable water injection methods led to pipeline leakage. By controlling the composition of raw materials, adjusting water injection process, and improving heat exchanger tube structure, the heat exchanger tube corrosion was effectively reduced. The equipment has been operating normally for 690 days.
