摘要
大型气候实验室温度环境控制是实现实验室各类试验的基础。通过分析实验室温度模拟系统组成和运行工艺,设计了基于前馈-串级PID双回路控制算法和温度控制策略,建立了大型气候实验室温度控制流程。解决了实验室由于空间大、干扰因素多、设备组成繁杂带来控制精度难以达到要求,以及降雪、太阳辐射等因素引发的环境温度突变的问题。确保了试验全过程升降温速率可控、升降温曲线平滑,且控制精度满足要求。
The temperature environment control of large-scale climatic laboratory is the basis of all kinds of laboratory tests.By analyzing the composition and operation process of the laboratory temperature simulation system,the double loop control algorithm and temperature control strategy based on feedforward-cascade PID are designed,and the temperature control process of large-scale climatic laboratory is established.It solves the problems that the control accuracy is difficult to meet the requirements due to large space,many interference factors and complex equipment composition,and the sudden change of environment temperature caused by snowfall,solar radiation and other factors.It ensures that the rate of temperature rise and fall is controllable,the curve of temperature rise and fall is smooth and the control accuracy meets the requirements.
