摘要
为研究新型切削十字型屈曲约束支撑不同填充材料的耗能机制,用轻骨料混凝土作为切削十字型屈曲支撑核心耗能段填充材料,进行低周反复拉压试验并分析滞回曲线、骨架曲线、拉压不均匀系数、耗能能力,并与普通混凝土进行对比.试验表明:轻骨料混凝土试件质量较普通混凝土试件降低23.4%,接近试件质量的1/4,可有效减轻自重,滞回曲线饱满,曲线平滑,无捏缩现象,骨架曲线有良好的下降段,并且轴力大、耗能强,具有良好的抗疲劳特性,为结构抗震和轻骨料混凝土的有效应用提供理论依据.
In order to study the energy dissipation mechanism of the new type of cutting cross buckling restrained brace with different filling materials,the lightweight aggregate concrete was used as the filling material of the core energy dissipation section of the cutting cross buckling restrained brace,The test results show that the weight of lightweight aggregate concrete specimen is 23.4%lower than that of ordinary concrete specimen,which is close to 1/4 of the specimen mass,which can effectively reduce the dead weight;the hysteretic curve is full,the curve is smooth,there is no pinch phenomenon,the skeleton curve has a good descending section,and the axial force is large,the energy consumption is strong,and it has good anti fatigue properties;It provides a theoretical basis for the effective application of lightweight aggregate concrete.
