摘要
目的探讨授权赋能教育对老年恶性肿瘤患者家庭主要照顾者照顾负担、负性情绪及自我效能的影响。方法选择某医院2018年1-6月期间住院的70例老年恶性肿瘤患者家庭为研究对象,将70例老年恶性肿瘤患者家庭主要照顾者随机分为两组,对照组(35例)予以传统健康教育方法,观察组(35例)予以授权赋能教育干预,干预时间为3个月。比较两组干预前后照顾负担、负性情绪、自我效能变化。结果干预前两组家庭主要照顾者照顾负担评分、负性情绪评分、自我效能水平比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),干预后观察组家庭主要照顾者照顾负担评分、负性情绪评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);干预后观察组家庭主要照顾者自我效能水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论授权赋能教育可明显改善老年恶性肿瘤患者家庭主要照顾者照顾负担、负性情绪及自我效能。
Objective To discuss the effects of empowerment education on the care burden,negative emotions and self-efficacy of family primary caregivers of elderly patients with malignant tumors.Methods The 70 cases of family primary caregiver of elderly patients with malignant tumors were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(35 cases)was given traditional health education methods,and the observation group(35 cases)was given authorized education intervention.The intervention time of both groups was 3 months.The changes of care burden,negative emotion and self-efficacy between the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results The care burden scores,negative emotion scores,self-efficacy levels of family primary caregivers between the two groups before intervention were compared,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The care burden scores and negative emotion scores of family primary caregivers in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the self-efficacy levels of family primary caregivers in the observation group after intervention were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Empowerment education can significantly improve the care burden,negative emotion and self-efficacy of family primary caregivers of elderly patients with malignant tumor.
