摘要
植物多肽具有重要的功能和生理活性,分离纯化是植物多肽功能研究和结构分析的前提。根据多肽分子尺寸大小、亲疏水性、带电性质及溶解性,介绍了植物多肽膜分离、凝胶过滤、大孔树脂、反相高效液相色谱、电渗透、等电聚焦、离子交换色谱等分离技术的研究进展,并对植物多肽与分离特性相关的呈味、抗高血压、抗氧化及抗菌功能进行了分析。最后展望了植物多肽分离纯化技术的发展前景。
Plant polypeptides have important functions and physiological activities.Separation and purification is the prerequisite for functional research and structural analysis of plant polypeptides.According to molecular size,hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity,charged properties and solubility of peptides,the research progress of plant polypeptides separation technologies are introduced,including membrane separation,gel filtration,macroporous resin adsorption,reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography,electrodialysis,isoelectric focusing,ion exchange chromatography.The taste,antihypertensive,antioxidant and antibacterial functions of plant peptides with different separation characteristics are analyzed.Finally,prospects of plant polypeptide separation and purification technology are discussed.
