DWS降压与注热相结合提高水合物采收率

摘要 该研究采用DWS降压法与热注法相结合的方法,确定天然气采收率的提高程度及能否有效控制水锥进。首先建立了天然气水合物开采的数学模型,然后采用数值模拟方法对常用降压法、DWS降压开采法和DWS降压与热注相结合的三种天然气水合物开采方法进行了比较。模拟结果表明,与其它方法相比,组合方法的采收率有较大提高,具有较好的采收率。结果也使含水率大幅度降低。模拟实验表明,采用DWS降压法和热注法相结合的方法,其主要优点是易于控制采出过程和水锥进。该方法通过寻找产气产水率的最佳组合,优化生产工艺,从而使采收率最大,产水量最小。 In this paper,the combination of DWS depressurization method and hot injection method is used to determine the improvement degree of natural gas recovery and whether water coning can be effectively controlled.The mathematical model of natural gas hydrate exploitation is established firstly,and then the numerical simulation method is used to compare three kinds of natural gas hydrate exploitation methods:depressurization method,DWS depressurization method and DWS depressurization combined with heat injection method.The simulation results show that,compared with other methods,the combined method has better recovery.As a result,the water content is greatly reduced.The simulation experiment shows that the main advantage of the combination of DWS depressurization method and heat injection method is that it is easy to control the production process and water coning.By searching for the best combination of gas and water production rate and optimizing the production process,the method can maximize the recovery rate and minimize the water production rate.
