摘要
本文针对高含盐废水难处理的现状,开发了一套膜蒸馏组合系统,核心设备为膜组件,使其仅允许水分子通过,而其他离子无法通过。结果表明:通过该套设备,当进水含盐量在49000mg/L时,膜蒸馏产水率不小于60%,含盐率不大于300mg/L,蒸发结晶产水率不小于90%,含盐量不大于800mg/L,两股产水混合后含盐量不大于350mg/L,脱盐率达到99%,回用水回收率达到92%。该套膜蒸馏设备可使脱盐率和回用水的回收率达到90%以上,对高含盐废水有较好的处理效果,具有一定的应用推广价值。
In this paper,a membrane distillation combined system is developed for the difficult treatment of high salinity wastewater.The core equipment is membrane module,which allows only water molecules to pass through,while other ions cannot pass through.The results show that when the salt content of influent water is 49000 mg/L,the water production rate of membrane distillation is not less than 60%,the salt content is not more than 300mg/L,the water production rate of evaporation crystallization is not less than 90%,the salt content of the mixed water is not more than 350 mg/L,the desalination rate reaches 99%,and the recovery rate of reused water is not less than 800 mg/L.This set of membrane distillation equipment can make the desalination rate and the recovery rate of reused water reach more than 90%,which has a good treatment effect on high salinity wastewater and has certain application and popularization value.
