摘要
为解决数控电火花线切割机在加工过程中经常出现的机电故障,提高检修效率,将维修经验与线切割整台机的原理相结合,了解其床身机电系统、高频脉冲电源系统、计算机与步进电机进给驱动系统等3个系统的原理,用原理指导维修实践,并分别从线切割机3个系统的故障现象、原因分析与检测、故障处理等方面三步式处理其机电故障。通过处理,高效完成了维修任务,保障了工厂、学校设备的正常运行,对其他机电设备故障排查及处理具有普遍性的指导意义。线切割机三系统故障用三步式法能高效地处理电火花线切割机常见机电故障。
In order to solve the mechanical and electrical faults that often occur in the machining process of CNC EDM wireline cutting machine and improve the maintenance efficiency,the principle of three systems,including bed electromechanical system,high frequency pulse power system,computer and stepper motor feed drive system,were understood by combining the maintenance experience with the principle of the whole wireline cutting machine.The principle was used to guide the maintenance practice,and the mechanical and electrical faults of three systems of wire cutting machine were dealt with in three steps from the aspects of fault phenomenon,reason analysis and detection,fault treatment and so on.Through processing,the maintenance task was efficiently completed,and the normal operation of factory and school equipment was guaranteed.It has universal guiding significance for troubleshooting and processing of other mechanical and electrical equipment faults.The three-step method can effectively deal with the common electrical and mechanical faults of EDM wire cutting machine.
