机盖内板铰链侧尖点拉延开裂解决方法 被引量:3

摘要 针对机盖内板铰链处尖点易出现的开裂问题进行了研究,利用CAE分析软件Auto Form进行冲压仿真分析,认为尖点处过度减薄是导致产品开裂的主要原因。分析结果表明,产品优化、工艺补充优化和工艺方案优化均能有效解决机盖内板铰链侧尖点拉延开裂问题,从而指导冲压制造调试出合格产品。 According to the crack happening at the tip of hood inner panel near hinge easily,the problem is studied.By simulation analysis of stamping with CAE software AutoForm,the over thinning at tip is considered as the main reason for product crack.The analysis result indicates that the problem of crack for drawing at tip of hood inner panel is efficiently solved by optimizing product,addendum and process plan.Thus it can conduct stamping,manufacture and try-out for acceptable product.
