摘要
针对现有的平茬机不适应沙生灌木的平茬复壮、留茬且仿形能力差等问题,提出在灌木平茬机上设计一种新型仿形机构—四连杆仿形机构。研究现存的平行四连杆仿形机构工作原理及受力情况,确定了仿形机构的牵引角、上下仿形角、连杆间距及长度、上下仿形量;应用ADAMS对平行四连杆机构的虚拟样机模型进行运动仿真分析,分析出该机构平茬高度均值为34.277mm;对平行四连杆机构进行优化设计,得出了非平行四连杆机构具有更好的仿形效果其平茬高度为31.705mm;开展平整地区的平茬切割试验,两种机构均能很好的完成平茬复壮的工作;将杆长、切割速度、行进速度、入切角考虑在内于沙丘地带对两种机构展开正交试验,验证出方案A2B1C2D2—非平行四连杆机构试验效果最好。
Aiming at the problems that the existing shrub cutter is not suitable for the stubble rejuvenation,stubble retention and poor profiling ability of sandy shrubs,a new type of profiling mechanism-four-link profiling mechanism is designed on the shrub cutter of shrubs.The working principle and force condition of the existing parallel four-bar profiling mechanism are studied.The traction angle,upper and lower profiling angle,the distance and length of the link rods and the amount of upper and lower profiling of the profiling mechanism are determined.The virtual prototype model of parallel four-bar linkage is simulated and analyzed by ADAMS,and the average stubble height of this mechanism is 34.277mm.By optimizing the design of parallel four-bar linkage,it is concluded that the non-parallel four-bar linkage has better profiling effect and the stubble height is 31.705mm.The stubble cutting test in flat area is carried out,and both mechanisms can complete stubble cutting well.The orthogonal test of the two mechanisms was carried out in the sand dune area,taking the length of the rod,cutting speed,travel speed and cutting angle into account.The results show that the scheme A2B1C2D2-non-parallel four-bar linkage mechanism has the best test effect.
