摘要 基于无人机智慧物流系统设计一种可供无人机停靠的自动卸货装置。相较于现有技术下庞大的流水线和复杂的机器人卸货装置,该装置特点是结构简单、拆装方便、工作可靠。根据工作要求对该机构进行受力分析,通过ADAMS建立自动卸货装置虚拟样机模型并对其进行动力学和运动学仿真,得出舱组件的运动轨迹和运动参数,根据其运动特点对其进行设计,为其最终设计提供了依据,为无人机智慧物流系统的自动化设计奠定了理论基础。 An automatic unloading device for docking drones is designed based on an intelligent logistics system for drones.Compared to the large assembly lines and complex robotic unloading devices under existing technology,the mechanism is characterised by a simple structure,easy disassembly and reliable operation.According to the work requirements of the force analysis of the mechanism,ADAMS to establish automatic unloading device virtual prototype model and its dynamics and kinematics simulation,to derive the trajectory of the cabin components and movement parameters,according to the characteristics of its movement to its design,to provide a basis for its final design,laying the theoretical foundation for the automated design of the UAV intelligent logistics system.
