摘要
基于学生本位思维,高职院校有效开展思想政治教育工作,应关注学生的实际需求,对学生思想方面存在的问题进行针对性的引导,进而促进高职生的全面发展。文章分析高职院校思想政治教育中存在的不足,探讨基于学生本位思维的高职院校思想政治教育创新策略,旨在切实提升高职思想政治教育的实效性。
Based on the student-centered thinking,to effectively carry out ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,we should pay attention to the actual needs of students,give targeted guidance to the problems existing in students'ideology,and then promote the all-round development of higher vocational students.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the innovative strategies of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges based on student-centered thinking,in order to effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
