配筋率及水灰比对混凝土传热系数影响试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 传热系数是钢筋混凝土外墙的重要参考指标,目前民用住宅钢筋混凝土墙体传热系数分析方法较为匮乏,结合理论分析以及试验的方法,探讨民用住宅钢筋混凝土墙体传热系数计算的方法,并通过钢筋混凝土砌块进行有限元稳态传热试验验证。试验结果表明:钢筋混凝土构件的配筋率与其传热系数成正比,钢筋混凝土构件的配筋率越高,则构件的传热系数值就越大;钢筋的分布位置会影响整个构件局部传热系数的变化,不影响钢筋混凝土构件整体数值变化,构件整体传热系数的试验值与理论计算值相近;沿着热流主要传递方向的配筋对墙体导热系数的影响大于垂直传递方向。研究有利于对民用住宅钢筋混凝土围护墙体热工性能进行快速评定。 Heat transfer coefficient is an important reference index of the reinforced concrete walls, reinforced concrete wall heat transfer coefficient of the civil residence scarce analysis method, combining with the theoretical analysis and test methods, discusses civil residence reinforced concrete wall heat transfer coefficient calculation method, and the finite element with the reinforced concrete block steady heat transfer experiment. The experimental results show that: the reinforcement ratio is directly proportional to the heat transfer coefficient, and the higher the reinforcement ratio, the greater the heat transfer coefficient of the member;the distribution position of the reinforcement will affect the change of the local heat transfer coefficient of the component, but does not affect the overall numerical change of the reinforced concrete component. The experimental value of the overall heat transfer coefficient of the component is close to the theoretical calculation value;the thermal conductivity model of reinforced concrete is established, and the reinforcement is arranged along the main direction of heat flow. The influence on the thermal conductivity of the wall is greater than that of the vertical reinforcement. This study is conducive to the rapid evaluation of the thermal performance of reinforced concrete enclosure wall in civil residence.
