摘要 沙门氏菌感染猪后,宿主的免疫应答是决定感染结局的关键因素。在感染早期,机体通过激活天然免疫来抵抗沙门氏菌感染。由于沙门氏菌可以通过分泌毒力因子等来逃避宿主的杀菌作用,因此,需要进一步启动获得性免疫应答,才能有效地杀灭细菌,其中,T、B淋巴细胞介导的免疫应答在清除病原体方面的作用尤为重要。论文通过对猪免疫系统和沙门氏菌感染引起的免疫应答情况的综述,以期为沙门氏菌感染的免疫防控提供理论依据。 The pig's immune response is a key factor in determining the outcome of the Salmonella infection.In the early stage of infection,pig resists Salmonella infection by activating innate immunity.Because Salmonella can escape the clearance of host through secreting virulence factors,it is necessary to further initiate adaptive immunity.Among them,the immune response mediated by T and B lymphocytes plays a particularly important role in eliminating pathogens.This article summarized the immune system of pigs and the immune response caused by Salmonella infection,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the immune prevention and control of Salmonella infection.
