摘要
目的探讨助产士职业获益感对其心理韧性和职业倦怠感的影响.方法2020年1月~2020年8月应用一般资料调查问卷、心理韧性量表、职业获得感量表、职业倦怠感量表对3所医院共52名助产士进行调查,采用单因素分析助产士职业获益感与心理韧性和职业倦怠感的关系,采用多元回归分析影响助产士职业获益感的相关因素.结果52名助产士职业获益感总评分为(135.98±5.96)分,心理韧性总评分为(72.52±3.88)分,职业倦怠感总评分为(49.52±4.70)分.经Pearson单因素分析可知,助产士职业获益感总评分及各维度评分与心理韧性总评分及各维度评分呈正相关(P<0.05),而与职业倦怠感各维度呈负相关(P<0.05).经多元回归分析可知,助产士职称、月薪、参与临床带教、心理韧性(坚韧、乐观、力量)、个人成就感、情绪耗竭、去人格化是影响助产士职业获益感的主要因素(P<0.05).结论助产士职业获益感水平较低,通过提高护士个人成就感及心理韧性可提高护士职业获益感,减轻护士职业倦怠感,从而降低护士离职率.
Objective To explore the influence of midwife's sense of professional benefit on their mental toughness and job hurnout.Methods The total of 52 cases of midwives in 3 hospitals were surveyed with general information queslionnaire,mental resilience scale,occupational acquisition scale,and job burnout scale from January 2020 to August 2020.The relationship between midwife's sense of job gain,mental toughness and job burnout were analyzed with single factor.The affect of midwives'sense of professional benefit were analyzed with multivariate regression analysis.Resu I ts The total score of 52 midwives'sense of occupational benefit was(135.98±5.96)points,the total score of mental toughness was(72.52±3.88)points,and the total score of job hurnout was(49.52±4.70)points.The midwife's total score of occupational benefit and the scores of all dimensions were positively correlated with total score of mental toughness and the scores of each dimension(P<0.05).but negatively rorrelaled with the dimensions of job hurnout according to pearson's single factor analysis(P<0.05).The title of midwife,academic qiialifiralions,mental toughness(tenarity,optimis m,strength),personal arromplishment,emolional exhaustion,and depersonalization were main factors that affect the professional benefit of midwives by multiple regression analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion The level nf professional benefit of midwives is low.By improving nurses'sense of accomplishment and mental toughness,they can improve nurses’sense of professional benefit,redure nurses'sense of job hurnout,and rerlure nurse turnover rate.
