摘要
目的编制护士心理韧性量表,并对其进行信效度检验。方法采用文献回顾和专家咨询法,构建护士心理韧性量表。2019年8-11月,便利抽样法选取广州市某3所三级甲等医院的226名临床护士,对其采用护士心理韧性量表进行调查,并检验护士心理韧性量表的信效度。结果最终形成的护士心理韧性量表共包含3个维度,即护理工作环境、个体内部韧性和韧性重组,共23个条目。该量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.928,内容效度为0.974,折半信度为0.858,重测信度为0.866。结论护士心理韧性量表具有良好的信效度,适用于我国护士心理韧性水平的测量。
Objective To develop the resilience scale of nurses,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods The resilience scale of nurses was constructed by literature review and expert consultation.From August to November 2019,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 226 nurses from three hospitals in Guangzhou to test the reliability and validity of the Resilience Scale.Results The final resilience scale of nurses included three dimensions,including nursing working environment,individual internal resilience and resilient reintegration,with a total of 23 items.The Cronbach’s α coefficient was 0.928, the content validity was 0.974, the half reliability was 0.858, and the retest reliability was 0.866.Conclusions The resilience scale of nurses has good reliability and validity,which can be used to measure the resilience of nurses in China.
