摘要
目的研究桂枝茯苓汤联合泼尼松片对原发性肾病综合征患儿炎性因子的影响。方法从2017年5月—2019年5月收治的原发性肾病综合征患儿中选取60例,将其随机分组,分为对照组30例和试验组30例。对照组患儿口服泼尼松片治疗,试验组患儿在对照组基础上联合桂枝茯苓汤口服治疗,共治疗12个月。比较2组患儿治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后生活质量及血清hsCRP、IL-13、IL-6水平。结果试验组和对照组患儿临床总有效率分别为93.33%、73.33%,试验组高于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患儿精神质量、性格改变、社交活动、生长发育、复发情况等评分及血清hs-CRP、IL-13、IL-6水平均降低,且试验组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓汤联合泼尼松片可缓解小儿原发性肾病综合征患儿的临床症状,提高其生活质量水平,同时降低患儿血清hs-CRP、IL-13、IL-6水平,抑制炎症反应,提高治疗效果。
Objective To study the effect of Guizhi Fuling decoction on inflammatory factors in children with primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 60 children with primary nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=30)and the teratment group(n=30)according to a random number table.Children in the control group were given oral prednisone tablets,and children in the treatment group were treated with Guizhi Fuling decoction on the basis of the control group for a total of 12 months.The clinical efficacy after treatment,and quality of life,serum hs-CRP,IL-13 and IL-6 levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of children.Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33%and 73.33%,respectively.The treatment group was higher than the control group.After treatment,the score of the mental quality,personality changes,social activities,growth and development,recurrence and serum hs-CRP,IL-13,IL-6 levels reduced,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Guizhi Fuling decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of children with primary nephrotic syndrome,improve the quality of life of the children,reduce the serum hs-CRP,IL-13,and IL-6 levels,inhibit the inflammation,and improve the therapeutic effect.
