摘要
以淮河生态经济带安徽段8座城市为研究对象,基于PSR模型构建水资源持续性综合评价指标体系,利用理想点法合理确定各指标权重,引入正态云模型对其综合发展状况进行动态评价,并通过GIS软件对结果进行可视化。结果表明:2010-2018年,淮河生态经济带安徽段水资源可持续性整体呈现上升趋势,但是仍处于较低水平;区域内部发展不平衡,其中阜阳市、六安市已经达到Ⅳ级,其余城市均处于Ⅱ级及以下;响应子系统发展速度较快,压力、状态子系统是制约区域整体发展的主要因素。
Taking eight cities in the Anhui section of the Huaihe Eco-economic Belt as the research objects,a comprehensive index system for evaluating the sustainability of water resources is constructed based on the PSR(pressure-state-response)model.The weight of each index is determined by the ideal point method,and then the normal cloud model is introduced to evaluate its comprehensive development status,which is visualized by GIS software.The results show that the sustainability of water resources in the Anhui section of the Huaihe Eco-economic Belt showed an overall upward trend from 2010 to 2018,but it was still at a low level.The internal development of the region was not balanced,among which Fuyang and Lu’an City had reached Grade IV,but the rest of the cities were at Grade II or below.The response subsystem developed faster,the pressure and state subsystems were the main factors restricting the overall development of the region.
