碳排放权交易市场是一种有效的管理工具。建立健全碳排放权交易市场是我国长期深度脱碳转型、实现高质量发展的必然要求。对碳达峰、碳中和、碳排放权市场的基本概念进行介绍,总结国内外碳达峰与碳中和的目标及现状,概述碳排放权市场的国内外发展现状,对我国石油化工企业参与碳排放权交易市场的现状及短板进行归纳和总结,为我国石油化工企业尽快做好全方位的准备,履行企业环境社会责任、抢占绿色低碳发展先机,全面参与碳排放权交易市场提供参考。
The carbon emission right trading market is an effective management tool. Establishment and perfecting carbon emission right trading market is an inevitable requirement for China’s long-term and deep decarbonization transition and high-quality development. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concepts of carbon peak, carbon neutral and carbon emission trading market. Also, this paper summarizes the targets and status quo of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, the development status of carbon emission right trading market, and the status quo and shortcomings of China’s petrochemical enterprises to participate in carbon emission right trading market. At last,it provides suggestions for Chinese petrochemical enterprises to participate in carbon emission right trading market. As the giant carbon emitting enterprises, petrochemical enterprises should deepen their understanding and accelerate their transformation to warm up for their full participation in the carbon emission right trading market. This paper suggests that China’s petrochemical enterprises should make all-round preparations as soon as possible. As the same time, petrochemical enterprises shonld fulfill their environmental and social responsibilities, and fully participate in the carbon emission right trading market.
