摘要
立德树人是医学研究生教育的根本任务,思想政治工作要落实到研究生教育的各个阶段,实现全过程、全方位、全员育人。要充分认识医学研究生思政工作的特殊性;改革与创新医学研究生思政课程,促进内涵式发展;分层次、扎实推进医学研究生课程思政、专业思政建设;充分发挥导师的育人作用,探索将思政工作贯穿研究生培养全过程的实施路径。
Fostering virtue through education is the fundamental task of medical graduate education in our country.Ideological and political work should run through the whole process of postgraduate education,realizing the whole-process,all-round education with full participation.The paths of implementing ideological and political education for medical postgraduate students are suggested as the following:fully understanding its particularity for medical graduate students.reforming and innovating the curriculum,promoting the connotation development,advancing the construction of“curriculum ideology and politics”and“professional ideology and politics”at diff erent levels,giving full play to the role of mentors,and making the education run through the whole process of postgraduate training.
