摘要
结合江高净水厂配套主干管网工程、人和2号泵站(扩建)施工(标段一)项目中的沉井助沉施工实践,针对在深厚粉细砂层地质条件下沉井下沉至设计标高最后1.5~2.5 m停滞的施工难题,介绍了钢板桩围堰+井内环形冲孔成槽+分级配重的沉井综合助沉施工技术,分别对关键施工工艺进行了阐述。项目实施效果较好,可为类似工程提供参考。
Combined with the sinking-aided construction practice of open caisson in Jianggao water purification plant supporting main pipe network project and Renhe No.2 pumping station(extension) construction(bid section I), aiming at the construction problem of caisson sinking to the last 1.5-2.5 m of design elevation stagnation in deep silty fine sand layer, the paper introduces the comprehensive sinking-aided construction technology of steel sheet pile cofferdam, annular punching and grooving in well and grading counterweight and describes the key construction technology respectively. The implementation effect of the project is good, which can provide reference for similar projects.
