摘要
沉井下沉采用上层排水下沉,下层不排水下沉的方式,为确保下沉过程中的土体稳定,沉井制作前四周土层施工封闭性围幕。要有一套能准确控制管道顶进方向的导向机构。管道能否按设计轴线顶进,是长距离顶管成败的关键因素之一。顶进方向失去控制会使管道弯曲,无法到达既定位置,严重的甚至因顶力骤增过大,工程不能进行下去。
The application of subsidence by upper layer drainage and lower layer non-drainage during pushing pipe procedure with open caisson is to secure soil stability. Soil layer construction should be enclosed by surrounding curtain. There should be a set of oriental instrument to help control pipe direction accurately. Whether can the pipe penetrate through the axis defi ne the result of long-distance pipe jacking. If pipe jacking direction loses control, it would curve the pipe, which would result in the failure of the construction project.
